I Face Missing Deposit on Fixbet – 3,000₺ Bank Transfer Not Credited

On September 1, 2025, at 13:45, I deposited 3,000₺ into my Fixbet account (username: daltonlarr34) via bank transfer. However, the money never appeared in my account.

I immediately contacted Fixbet customer service. First, I was kept waiting for a long time, and then they told me that the funds had not reached their bank account, advising me to check with my own bank. When I contacted my bank, I was clearly informed that the transfer had successfully reached Fixbet’s account. I relayed this proof back to Fixbet support, but they still refused to credit my deposit, leaving me completely uncompensated and frustrated.

This was my first time depositing with Fixbet, and encountering such a serious issue right away has destroyed my trust in the platform.

I demand that Fixbet either immediately credit the 3,000₺ deposit to my account or refund the full amount back to my bank account. Withholding verified payments without resolution is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be handled urgently.
