I Deposited ₺1890 on Fixbet but Was Told to Add More Just to Access My Own Money

I recently registered on Fixbet and made my first deposit, but the amount never appeared in my account. When I reached out for support, they claimed my deposit—₺1890—was being held in a “pool” because it was under ₺5000. They told me I had to deposit another ₺3110 to reach the ₺5000 threshold before the system would release the funds.

I went ahead and deposited again, expecting to access my money. But now they’re saying the total is still not enough and I must deposit yet another ₺5000. This makes no sense. Why wasn’t this information clearly stated before I made any deposit?

It feels like I’m being trapped into endlessly pouring more money in without receiving anything back. I just want access to the funds I’ve already deposited. Fixbet needs to stop misleading new users and resolve this issue immediately. I’m warning others—do not trust this system unless you want to lose your money in an endless loop of "required" deposits.
