Betpark Blocked My ₺2000 Deposit and Demands More Despite Minimum Limit Claim

I made an instant transfer of ₺2000 to the Betpark site, but the funds never appeared in my account. When I contacted live support to address the issue, they informed me that the minimum transfer limit is actually ₺5000, despite the site clearly showing a minimum of ₺100 in the images provided. The support agent was unhelpful and even rude, and now I can’t access live support at all. I’ve been blocked. They’re claiming that if I deposit another ₺3000 to reach the supposed ₺5000 minimum, I’ll finally receive my funds back. This whole situation feels like they’re just making up excuses to keep my money.
