On September 20, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request via bank transfer on Fixbet. Even after 2 hours, the money did not arrive in my account. During the process, I was asked to provide an IBAN in my own name. However, since I only have a Papara account and no other bank account, I provided my Papara details.
Fixbet then informed me that withdrawals cannot be made with Papara, and instead of returning my money, they failed to credit my balance back to my site account. As a result, my funds are stuck.
When I contacted Fixbet customer support, they repeated that Papara withdrawals are not allowed and insisted I provide a different IBAN. Since I don’t have another bank account, I have been left completely helpless and unable to access my own funds.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and I demand that my balance be restored to my site account immediately. I expect Fixbet to resolve this unfair situation without delay.
