Fixbet Refused My Payout, Saying I Had ‘More Play Rights'

Since October 26, 2025, I have been experiencing a serious issue with the slot games on Fixbet. I deposited 2,500 TRY (approximately $60) to play, and when I attempted to withdraw my winnings of $480, my account was blocked.
I contacted a customer service representative named S*******, but the responses came very late, and they were not helpful at all. They claimed that my withdrawal was blocked because I “still had playthrough rights”, and while I was waiting for clarification, my balance was completely lost during gameplay.
Even after explaining my situation, the support team simply responded with “It’s luck”, dismissing my issue entirely and offering no solution.
All of my transactions were made from my own device, and I did not use any other connection or account.
I request that the full amount of $480 that I attempted to withdraw be paid to me immediately. I no longer plan to use Fixbet after this experience and demand that my loss and unfair treatment be resolved urgently.
