Fixbet Reduced My Balance and Blocked My Withdrawal With New Fake Rules
I have been a member of the Fixbet site for a long time, and on 27.11.2025, I experienced a serious issue while trying to make a withdrawal. After the bonus was deducted, my balance was around $84, and although the withdrawal rollover requirement had previously been applied as 20x, I was told it was now 10x. Despite this, my balance was reduced to $50.
When I tried to withdraw the remaining $50, none of the usual withdrawal methods (such as bank transfer) were available, and I was told that due to a new banking policy, withdrawals could only be made through cryptocurrency. When I submitted a crypto withdrawal request, they acted as if I were a brand-new member and rejected my request, asking for ID verification, facial recognition, and my crypto address — unnecessarily prolonging the process. I have been a member of this site for a long time, and my ID verification was already completed in the past.
In my opinion, Fixbet is constantly creating new obstacles and excuses to avoid paying out. I request that the $50 remaining in my account be paid to me under the originally approved withdrawal conditions, without additional requirements or delays.

I have long believed that there are obvious interventions in the games, especially slot games, on a site called Fixbet. I have been playing on the same site for about two years, and I observe that the games are far from a normal flow of chance and seem to progress in a way that systematically makes the user lose.
During this period, whenever I spoke with live support or raised the issue, I was always brushed off with the claim that everything is just "luck." However, over the two‑year period I have lost roughly 200,000 TL in total, and the site's attitude reinforces the impression that they are deliberately and knowingly harming players.
I now want, not only for myself but also to prevent new users from being victimized in this way, for Fixbet to be inspected by the relevant authorities and, if necessary, shut down. I demand that people are not left unchecked when they are subjected to such losses under the excuse of "luck" and when there is suspicion of game manipulation.
