Fixbet Keeps Spamming My Phone and Email Despite Multiple Unsubscribe Requests
Fixbet has been spamming my phone and email daily with dozens of promotional messages. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting removal from their mailing list, but nothing has changed. This constant harassment is beyond frustrating, and they seem to completely ignore user privacy and preferences.
When I reached out to customer support, hoping to finally stop the messages, I was met with useless responses like “Contact your mobile provider” or “Block the numbers yourself.” This is not how a responsible platform should treat users.
I’ve made it explicitly clear that I do not want to receive any more messages, yet the problem continues. I demand that Fixbet immediately stop all SMS and email communication with my contact information and respect user opt-out requests.
