Piabella Casino Keeps Spamming Me with Calls and Texts Despite My Requests to Stop

I’ve been receiving constant SMS messages and phone calls from Piabella Casino, and it’s become incredibly disruptive. These messages come at all hours and in completely inappropriate situations. When I try to opt out or ask them to stop, they stall the conversation or try to persuade me to stay engaged instead of honoring my request.

I’ve clearly stated that I do not want to receive any more promotional texts or calls. I even said I’m willing to close my account altogether just to stop this harassment. Yet, no one has followed up or taken any meaningful action.

Piabella, I demand that you immediately remove my number from all communication lists and, if necessary, terminate my membership. Respect my boundaries and privacy. I expect a prompt resolution and no further contact unless it’s to confirm my request has been fulfilled.
