Fixbet Sends Constant Promotional SMS and Emails Despite My Objections
After I created my Fixbet account, I started receiving daily promotional SMS and emails about different campaigns. The frequency of these advertisements is extremely annoying and creates a negative user experience.
Even though I clearly stated that I do not want to receive such communications, Fixbet continues to send them. This behavior is not only unethical but also shows a lack of respect for user preferences and privacy.
I am requesting that Fixbet immediately stop sending me promotional messages and emails. As a user, I expect the company to respect my decision and personal rights, and I demand that this issue be resolved without further delay.
