On October 23, 2025, I made two separate bank transfers totaling $95 to my Fixbet account — one transfer of 1,000 TRY and another of 3,000 TRY.
However, even after seven days, the deposited amounts have not been credited to my account. When I contacted live support, I was told that the funds would be “credited soon,” but no progress has been made since then.
I have payment receipts for both transactions. My Fixbet username is ertus78, and my registered email address is ***********@gmail.com. The transactions were made from Istanbul, and I have never experienced such an issue before.
I request that the total amount of $95 be refunded to me immediately, as this delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
