Today, I was unfairly charged by FitMe through a deceptive process involving Trendyol and Turkcell. While tracking my order on Trendyol, I clicked the “Where Is My Cargo?” button. Instead of showing the tracking page, a Turkcell-branded screen appeared, asking me to enter my phone number. Assuming it was part of the delivery process, I entered my number. Moments later, I discovered that ₺229 had been withdrawn from my mobile account for a FitMe subscription I never wanted or agreed to.
I immediately contacted all parties involved — Trendyol, Turkcell, and FitMe — but none of them accepted responsibility or offered a resolution. This system appears intentionally designed to mislead users into signing up for paid services without informed consent.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription, a full refund of the ₺229 taken, and an investigation into how such misleading payment flows are allowed. Companies must stop exploiting customers through deceptive sign-up methods disguised as legitimate cargo tracking.
