Fissler Pressure Cooker Warranty Denied for Faulty Lid Seal

I have been using a Fissler pressure cooker for 35 years. On November 20, 2025, I purchased a new Fissler pressure cooker from A101 through an online order (Order No: 3125112006638243). However, I later noticed cracks in the lid gasket. I have used the pot only 4–5 times.
When I contacted the service center, they claimed it was user error and not covered under warranty. They are now trying to sell me a new gasket. None of this was stated when the product was sold. This feels like misleading the customer. It seems they provided a gasket that had already reached the end of its lifespan.
I am requesting that the rubber gasket be replaced under warranty, but no one is assisting me. This new pressure cooker is nothing like the one I used for 35 years. It is a poor-quality product. It leaks air from the lid, and sometimes it works after opening and closing it multiple times, but sometimes it does not.
It has no comparison to my previous cooker, and I cannot recommend it to others. The service support is also inadequate.
We bought it from A101. They directed us to service, but Fissler's service isn't doing what's required. We sent the pot as they asked. They say the shelf life has expired and the rotten seal is out of warranty. They recommend replacing it with a new one for ₺2000.
