Vodafone Free Find My Kids App Still Asking for Payment
I got my daughter a Vodafone “First Line” postpaid line, and it came with 12 months of free access to the Find My Kids app. However, for the past two weeks, the app was missing from the Opportunities World section in the Vodafone Yanımda app. After long messages and complaints, the app finally appeared in the menu, and I followed the steps as written to receive the free activation code. The app became usable on my daughter’s phone, but on my phone as the parent device, the app is still restricted and asking for payment. I request that this issue be fixed and the error corrected so that we can fully use the app as promised. Please provide assistance and get back to me as soon as possible.
