Findandloc Wrongfully Charged ₺600 Without My Premium Subscription
Today, a charge of ₺600 was automatically withdrawn from my line ending in 7785, even though I do not have a Findandloc Premium subscription. I have never used any paid services or content from this company, which means this deduction was made by mistake and without my consent.
This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and I have not yet had the chance to contact customer service about it. Regardless, this situation is unacceptable, as I was charged for a service I never requested or received.
I demand that this ₺600 be refunded to me immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue my legal rights to recover the amount wrongfully taken from me. Customers must be protected from unauthorized and unjustified charges.
