Pdfcharge.com Charged Me $39 After My 5-Day Subscription Ended

I purchased only a 5-day subscription through pdfcharge.com and personally paid the fee for that limited access period. Other than that short-term subscription, I never requested, approved, or authorized any ongoing membership, recurring subscription, or additional service. Despite this, an additional $39 was charged to my credit card on February 16 without my knowledge or consent.

I have been unable to reach the website or any responsible representative regarding this unauthorized charge. I do not accept being billed for a service that I neither used nor approved. The email address associated with the transaction was **@kanca.com.tr.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $39 charge processed on February 16. In addition, I demand the immediate and permanent cancellation of all memberships, subscriptions, and recurring billing arrangements beyond the original 5-day subscription that I knowingly purchased.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue all available remedies by initiating formal disputes and complaints through my bank and the appropriate regulatory authorities. I also request written confirmation regarding the refund process and the cancellation of any active or future subscription services associated with my account.
