Request For Full Refund And Subscription Cancellation - Pdfcharges.com
Today I noticed a subscription charge on my Birbank Cashback card from the website pdfcharges.com. I had previously registered on this site, but I did not intend for this payment to be taken and I had already tried to cancel the subscription on the site before this charge occurred. Despite my attempt to cancel, the subscription fee was still charged to my card today without my clear consent for this payment. I have not yet been able to reach either pdfcharges.com support or my bank about this situation. I request that my subscription on pdfcharges.com be immediately cancelled and that the full amount of today’s charge be refunded to my Birbank Cashback card. I would also like a clear confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my card in the future.
