Fiat Car Delivery Delayed and No Communication

Hello, I went to the Zincirlikuyu Fiat dealership in January 2023 to put in an order for a Fiat Egea. They said it would take three to four months. When I went back in April, they told me that my number in line was in the 800s and that it would now be 6 to 7 months before I could get in. More than 7 months have gone by as of today. During this time, I've seen prices go up more than once, and I've seen people who came after me in line get their cars. I'm worried that the dealership won't sell me the car or that they'll keep giving my spot to other people so they can make money. I'm also interested to know when the last person who got a car joined the line and got one. When I tried to ask about these things, I couldn't reach anyone or find out how they planned to get in touch with me. I want my request to be answered right away, or I'll go to another way to complain.
