2014 Fiat Punto Steering Error

When I was driving my 2014 Fiat Punto recently, I made a scary mistake with the steering that could have caused serious injury or even death. When I was driving between 100 and 110 km/h, the steering wheel suddenly locked, making me panic and possibly lose control of the car. Luckily, I was able to get back in control and avoid an accident that could have been very bad. After looking into it, it was found that this problem was supposed to have been fixed with the 2013 model. The fact that it happened to me in a newer model makes me very worried about how safe these cars are. If I had been making a turn when the problem happened, things could have been much worse. This is a problem that puts people's lives in danger and needs to be fixed right away. Even though there is clear evidence that this problem keeps happening, the service center says they haven't been told about it. Also, they asked for a fee of 500 TL for finding the problem, even though it wasn't caused by user error. This level of carelessness from the company is not good enough. The safety of their customers should be their number one concern, and they need to fix this problem right away. I want the problem with the steering wheel to be fixed for free, since it wasn't caused by me. If this problem isn't fixed quickly and to my satisfaction, I won't think twice about going to court. I am willing to spend time and money to make sure that my safety and the safety of others is not put at risk by the company's failure to address this serious safety concern.
