Snickers Chocolate Contains Insect Before Expiration Date

I purchased several Snickers chocolate bars from the Migros Urfa UrfaCity location during the “Buy 4, Pay for 2” promotion in December. One of the Snickers bars I purchased had an expiration date of January 11, 2026. However, when I opened the package, I found an insect inside the chocolate.
Finding an insect inside a packaged product that had not yet expired and was being sold on the store shelf is completely unacceptable. I was extremely disturbed from a food safety perspective, and honestly, I never expected something like this from a brand like Migros.
I request that Migros provide me with a detailed and satisfactory explanation regarding the product, immediately begin the necessary investigation, and provide me with a written and informative explanation of how this situation could have occurred. I also request that the necessary action be taken regarding this product and that preventive measures be implemented to ensure that similar incidents do not happen to other customers. Photos of the product have also been attached to my complaint.
