Ferrero Rocher Chocolates Turned White and Looked Moldy

On July 4, 2026, I purchased Ferrero Rocher chocolates from a BİM supermarket. When I opened the package, I noticed that the chocolates were completely white and looked as though they had developed mold. This was concerning from a health and food safety perspective, and I was also very disappointed because Ferrero Rocher is a product I normally enjoy and purchase with confidence.

I reported the issue to Ferrero by email and am currently waiting for a response. Since I believe the product is defective, I request that fresh, properly packaged Ferrero Rocher chocolates be sent to me as a replacement. I also ask that the product be inspected, the necessary quality checks be carried out, and appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar issue from happening again.
