fenomist.com Took My Payment but Did Not Send My Order Details by Email
I made the payment for my order on Fenomist.com and saw the confirmation screen, but I haven't received any order details via email. In my past experiences with Fenomist.com, I always received my order information quickly, so I'm really puzzled as to why that didn't occur this time. I thoroughly went through my email, even the spam folder, but found nothing at all. I feel quite anxious right now, unsure if my order has been accurately logged in the system. I would be grateful if someone from Fenomist.com could help me and provide some clarity on the situation. It's quite troubling to complete a payment and receive no confirmation, particularly when the process was seamless up until that point. I trust this matter will be addressed promptly.
