FedEx Shipment Stuck - Tracking Not Found

I ordered a concrete mixer from Hoteche, which was shipped to me via FedEx under tracking number 1112995090_7042625. According to the information I was given, the shipment has been experiencing “processing problems” in Grimes, Iowa and has not been delivered. The issue has been ongoing since April 19, and the status has not changed. I contacted customer service and was told that they have no record of the tracking number I provided, even though this is the number I received for my shipment. At this point I am still without the concrete mixer I ordered and paid for, and I am not getting a clear answer about where the package is or why it has been delayed for this long. I request that my shipment be located and my concrete mixer be delivered to me as soon as possible, or that Hoteche take the necessary steps with FedEx to resolve this issue immediately so I can receive the product I ordered without further delay.
