N&D Dental Treats Caused Severe Digestive Problems In My Dog

I purchased five packs of N&D Dental Treats from Çukurova Pet in Adana. My 3-year-old dog ate one of these sticks that same evening and another one the following afternoon. Shortly afterward, my dog developed severe intestinal problems for the first time in his life and became seriously unwell.

The condition became so concerning that our veterinarian recommended keeping my dog under observation.

Immediately after this incident, I took the remaining four unopened N&D packages back to Çukurova Pet along with the purchase invoice and requested a return. However, the store manager refused to accept my complaint and would not take the products back.

I honestly could not understand whether my complaint would only have been considered valid if my dog had died. I find this attitude unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risks involved.

Because my concerns were ignored and no customer support or responsibility was shown, I intend to pursue my legal rights through the consumer arbitration committee.
