FamRadar Unauthorized Charge €62.50 Instead Of €0.99
On 26 March, I registered on the Famradar website using my Gmail account. After attempting to sign up and log in, I did not receive any confirmation or proof that I had logged in to my account, which immediately made me suspicious about the reliability of the site. During this process, the site indicated that the price would be €0.99, but when the payment was attempted, the amount was actually €62.50. I noticed this difference and had the transactions declined by my bank, as I did not consent to this higher amount and I now consider the site behaviour misleading and unsafe. At the moment I am also worried that I may still be logged in or that my information may be stored and potentially used for future charges. I demand that all my data and any account associated with my email be immediately and completely deleted from Famradar’s systems, and that my card information not be used now or in the future. I also request written proof that my account has been cancelled, that my personal and payment data have been removed, and that no charges of any kind will be made to my card.
