FamRadar Unauthorized Payment Taken Out Of My Account
I am writing to report an unauthorized charge made by Famradar to my PayPal account, even though I do not have an active subscription with your service. A couple of months ago, I signed up to try the Famradar Family Locator, but when I realized that I needed the other person’s permission and that I was only trying to track my own phone, I immediately cancelled and stopped using the service. Until now, I have had no problems and no charges from you. Today, a payment of $2.50 was taken from my PayPal account with the transaction ID 52754297JX1408601. I did not authorize any new subscription or payment to Famradar, nor was I informed that any form of billing would continue after my cancellation a couple of months ago. I contacted PayPal, but they told me they could not resolve this issue, and I believed I was already communicating with Famradar about it. I request that this unauthorized $2.50 charge be fully refunded, that any existing or hidden subscription or payment agreement in my name be completely cancelled, and that I receive written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my PayPal account in the future. I expect this situation to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
