Want Refund For Wrong Payment

I made a UPI payment using Fampay on 16 August 2026 and the money was sent to the wrong person. The amount of 700 ₹ was debited from my account and I have a transaction confirmation screen with the date and TXN ID as proof of this wrong transfer. After noticing the mistake, I contacted Fampay support and asked them to help me recover the money, but they informed me that they are not able to refund or reverse the transaction. I find this response unsatisfactory because the payment has clearly gone to the wrong recipient and I am left without any solution. I request that this issue be urgently reviewed and that the full amount of 700 ₹ be refunded to me or the transaction be reversed so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this wrong UPI transfer.
