FamPay Wrong UPI Transfer

I recently used the FamPay app to send money to my brother via UPI, but due to entering the wrong UPI ID, the amount was transferred to another person by mistake. This incorrect transaction took place on 27-03-2026 and the amount of ₹300 was debited from my FamPay account. After realizing the mistake, I checked the FamPay app but could not find any option to request a refund or raise a dispute for this wrong UPI transfer. I have not been able to get any guidance within the app on how to recover this money or contact the receiver. I request FamPay to please help me with this issue by either refunding the full amount of ₹300 back to my account or assisting me in contacting the person who received the money so that the amount can be returned. I expect your support in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
