FamPay Wrong UPI Payment Sent to the Wrong Account Without Resolution
I am writing regarding an issue with a wrong UPI payment made through Fampay. Yesterday, I accidentally sent 500 rupees to the wrong account via UPI, and the amount was successfully deducted. The transaction reference shown in the Fampay app is FMPIB5963746015. After realizing the mistake, I contacted Fampay support, but I have not received any effective response or solution so far, and the situation remains unresolved. I am very concerned because this was an erroneous transfer and I am unable to recover the money on my own. I kindly request that Fampay urgently review this transaction and assist in reversing the payment and refunding the full amount of 500 rupees to my account linked with Fampay. I would also appreciate clear information on the steps taken and the expected timeline for the refund.
