FamPay Has Not Refunded My ₹249 Failed 84 Day Pack Recharge

On 13 October 2026 at around 10:41 PM, I made a recharge payment of ₹249 for an 84‑day pack using my FamX Wallet on FamPay. The payment was debited from my account linked to card number ending 9613 (IDFC Bank) and the transaction shows the following details: Transaction ID 01a1363f-92db-747f-bd6a-4eb8d3261b96 and UTR ID 665238221705. Despite the amount being deducted, the recharge was not completed successfully. I have been waiting for the refund, but the money has still not been credited back to my account. I request you to please check this failed recharge transaction urgently and process an immediate refund of ₹249 to my original payment source.
