Bhaktilok Premium Subscription Charged Without My Consent

An amount of ₹499 was deducted from my account without my permission for a “Bhaktilok Premium Monthly” subscription through Space Wire Tech, with the payment processed by Cashfree. I received a message stating that a recurring payment request had been created for Bhaktilok Premium Monthly and was subsequently successful. The payment of ₹499 was completed for order ID 1227614_593_1791523081424, with transaction reference number 6745755809.

I never authorized any payment for Bhaktilok Premium Monthly, nor did I knowingly subscribe to this service. Despite this, the money was automatically deducted from my FamPay account without my consent. I only became aware of the deduction after receiving the debit notification and noticing that my account balance had decreased. I also have a screenshot of the deduction that I can provide as evidence if required.

I request that this unauthorized subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of ₹499 be refunded to my FamPay account as soon as possible. I also request that no further automatic or recurring deductions be made from my account without my explicit permission.
