Falla Moderator Abused Authority and Banned My Account
While using the Falla Voice Chat app under the account "S*** K*******"** (User ID: 676709), I experienced a very disturbing incident at around 8:00 a.m. today. A user who claimed to be Falla's CEO, using the nickname "patron" and the name "F***,"** repeatedly changed my username without my permission, even though we had never interacted before. He changed my name to "A**"** and several other names. Each time, I changed it back and asked why he was doing it. His response was simply, "Because I was bored."
I asked him whether it would be acceptable if, when I got bored, I insulted him in return. He responded with another unserious remark, saying, "Sure." I made it clear that I was not that kind of person. In an attempt to end the conversation, I told him I was busy and walked away. Shortly afterward, he changed my username again and sent me a message asking, "Hello, did you just threaten me?" I explained that I had not threatened him and had only expressed my frustration. He then asked where I was and said he would come to see me. I told him I was at work and shared my location. When he asked where I worked, I replied that I was not obligated to tell him. I have complete chat records of these conversations.
About 30 minutes later, my account was permanently suspended, and I have been unable to log in ever since. Before the suspension, I had spent approximately $800–900 on in-app purchases, all of which I effectively lost when my account was banned. I do not believe there was any legitimate reason for a permanent device ban. It is unacceptable for a user's name to be changed arbitrarily and for an account to be permanently banned simply because someone claimed they were "bored."
Because my device has been banned, I can no longer access the in-app support system. Believing the company operates from China, I found an email address and submitted a detailed complaint, but I have not received any meaningful response or solution. If this matter continues to be ignored, I am seriously considering pursuing legal action.
I request that Falla thoroughly investigate this incident, remove the permanent device ban from my account, restore all of my purchased in-app content and balances, and provide a clear explanation for the actions taken against my account. I also request that the conduct of the individual using the "patron" account be reviewed to ensure that platform authority is not abused and that users are treated fairly and respectfully.
