Falla Account Ban Needs an Immediate Review

About 15 minutes ago, my Falla account with the username "K***"** was permanently device banned without any explanation. I can no longer log in to the app or access my account.

I have not violated any of the platform's rules, so I believe this permanent device ban is unfair and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I did not receive any warning, reason for the ban, or detailed explanation from the platform before my account was blocked.

I have already contacted Falla's support team, but I have not received any response so far. I respectfully request that my permanent device ban be reviewed, that it be removed if it was issued in error, and that my account be restored as soon as possible. I also ask for a written explanation regarding the reason for the ban.
