Falla ccount Block Appeal
I am a user of the Falla Chatroom app on an Android device and my account was permanently blocked today around 12:00 a.m. The app shows the message that my account has been permanently blocked due to common violations. Regarding the first post in question, the photo was originally sent to me by a person in the inbox, and I had their permission to share it. Later, she asked me to delete it, but I unfortunately failed to do so in time, which I accept as my mistake. For the other post about another application, I only shared a screenshot to introduce it and help other users. I was not aware of the platform rules about such posts and there was never any intention to violate the guidelines. I sincerely apologize for these mistakes. I am ready to delete any content that violates your rules and I promise not to repeat such behavior again. I respectfully request that you give me a second chance and remove the permanent block on my Falla account.

I would like to clarify the situation regarding my blocked account. A friend sent me her photo in my inbox and permitted me to use both her profile picture and mine to create an AI generated friendship poster, which I then shared on Memo and tagged her in. She initially liked and commented on the post, expressing her appreciation. Later, she messaged me in Hindi asking me to delete the post. Since I am from South India and not proficient in Hindi text, I missed her instruction by mistake and failed to delete it promptly, which likely led to her reporting the account. I kindly request Falla to review our inbox messages, the photo she sent, and her positive comment on the post to understand that there was no malicious intent on my part. I humbly ask for the account to be unblocked.
Dear Falla Support, I am writing to respectfully appeal the device ban on my account. While chatting in a group, I was asked where I came from and mentioned another application, not realizing this violated your community guidelines. I am truly sorry for this mistake, as it was an honest error made without malicious intent. Since this is my first offense, I kindly ask you to reconsider the ban and remove the restriction on my account.
