Fakir Atomic Rondo Leaks From the Lid and Store Refuses Refund

I purchased the Fakir Atomic Rondo product approximately 24 days ago from your Mall of Istanbul store. Since the very first day I started using the product, it has been leaking liquid from the lid, and as a result, my kitchen countertop and surrounding area get dirty every time I use it. Even though I tried using the product carefully and under normal conditions, the problem has never improved.

When I wanted to return the product, the store refused my request, stating that “we cannot accept returns unless the service center approves it.” Despite the fact that the product clearly leaks liquid from the lid and therefore completely eliminates ease of use and reliability, imposing a service approval requirement has caused me to suffer inconvenience.

I have invoice number a012025000061937 related to this purchase. Since I have been experiencing problems with the product since the day I bought it and have not been able to use it efficiently, I request that the product be unconditionally returned without any additional requirements and that my payment be fully refunded.

The information given to me is the same as what I wrote before; there is no new approach. Also, I took the product to your service. I bought the apples with my own money to test. Your service's assessment is that the product can work with only one apple. If a second apple is placed, it won't work. See the official attachment. So why are we buying the Rondo with a 1‑liter tank? Why isn’t this point mentioned at the time of sale? Why is there no user manual in the box and why isn’t this mentioned?
