Fakir Airfryer Came Out All Crushed Up, Smoked When I Started It

I got this Airfryer thing from Media Market, but when I opened it up, I was bummed to see some dents on the sides. So, I plugged it in and bam! Smoke filled the room, ignoring the scratches and all. if my house caught fire, would it have been all on me? I immediately rushed it back the next day, only to face a series of contradicting messages from both Fakir and Media Market. So basically, Fakir says it's a fixed-up thing, fixes it, and even gives you a coffee maker to say sorry. Dude, it's been 3 months and they still haven't given the gift or a replacement. So, the other party is saying they can swap it out, but only if Fakir gives the thumbs up. What's up with this craziness? when I opened the box, I found out that the side panels were all crushed up, which means someone didn't handle it very well. Why is it me paying for this mess???
