Facebook withdrew $1 USD from my Vakıfbank credit card without my permission on April 4, 2023, and I was not notified in any way. I reported the fraudulent transactions to Vakıfbank customer service and canceled my credit card. I also objected that the transaction did not belong to me, and I demand that my loss be refunded as soon as possible, as well as the 1 USD amount for the transaction that did not belong to me. This is a clear case of unauthorized transactions and credit card information access. It constitutes a violation of consumer rights as well as unethical business practices. Such incidents should not be taken lightly, and appropriate action should be taken to prevent such illegal transactions. I highly advise financial institutions and online service providers to take the necessary precautions to protect their customer's financial information and to respond appropriately when such incidents occur. I want my money back.
