Facebook Account Hacked And Permanently Disabled Without Explanation
My Facebook account, which I was using on my Android phone, was hacked around the 10th of four months ago. After this incident, the Facebook app and my account disappeared from my phone, and I was no longer able to access my profile. I still remember both my username and my password, and I tried to log in again using these details. However, when I tried to access my account, I encountered a screen stating that my Facebook account was disabled for not following the Terms of Service and that the decision was final. I did not receive any clear explanation of what rule was supposedly violated, and I believe this situation is related to the hacking of my account. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that any unauthorized activity by the hacker be investigated, and that my account be reactivated if possible. If reactivation is not possible, I ask for a clear explanation of the reason and for the hacker’s access to be permanently blocked.
