My name is Janik Far** and I have an account on ExpertOption. On August 19, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 500 USD from my ExpertOption balance to my USDT TRC20 wallet. After I clicked on withdrawal, the 500 USD disappeared from my account balance, but the money has still not arrived in my wallet. This situation worries me because I can no longer see or use my funds, and there is no clear information on the status of the transaction. I contacted ExpertOption support by email about the missing 500 USD payment, but I have not received any response yet. I request that my 500 USD withdrawal to my USDT TRC20 wallet be processed immediately, or that the amount be returned to my ExpertOption balance if the transfer cannot be completed.
