Expert Option Keeps Delaying Payments, No Responsibility Taken
The problems with Expert Option never seem to end. On July 19 at 10:07 a.m., I made a withdrawal of approximately $10 to my Ziraat Bank account, and on August 11 at 3:30 a.m., another withdrawal of approximately $10 to my Papara account. Both transactions were approved, yet the money never reached my bank accounts.
Whenever I contact customer support, they keep blaming the banks instead of taking responsibility. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable!
I demand that the withdrawal amounts be immediately deposited into my respective Ziraat Bank and Papara accounts, or that my funds be refunded without further delay.
