Exness Investment Scam – $1,000 Lost Due to Misleading Representative

I invested $1,000 with Exness after being told by a representative, Ms. Ş**, that if I deposited through cryptocurrency, I would receive a 100% bonus. I communicated with her via the phone number +3806771754** and the email address s***ness.com. She provided a crypto account number, and I made the deposit as instructed.

However, after a week of excuses, she blocked me, and I could no longer reach her. I reported the issue through the app but received no response. A month later, I managed to contact the same number again, and I was told that Ms. Ş** had been dismissed for misconduct.

They promised to refund my money, but only if I deposited a $1,500 guarantee into my crypto account, which I refused to do. I have all the conversations and evidence saved on WhatsApp. My Exness account is registered under e***@gmail.com, and the Exness broker contact is 080062124**.
