EWA Learn Languages Charged After Subscription Cancellation

I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges related to the EWA: Learn Languages application, which is linked to my Google Play account. Despite having properly cancelled my subscription, the app has continued to charge me 899 CZK, most recently on 14 July 2026. I consider this payment to be unauthorized, because I had already terminated the subscription and did not give any further consent to renewal. Through this complaint I kindly request a full refund of the most recent 899 CZK payment taken for EWA: Learn Languages and I also request that any further automatic renewals and future charges related to this subscription be stopped. I am asking for a prompt review of this situation and a refund of the above amount back to my original payment method.
