Unanswered Etsy Appeal Letter
Hello, I have tried to reach you several times regarding this. Then I also sent an appeal letter to Etsy. I explained everything as clearly and honestly as possible. Although 14 days have passed, I have not yet received a reply. Moreover, this morning I saw that my file in the "My support request" section was closed. (ID no: #12645461). I do not know what to do. I haven't received any reply yet. As I said before, I'm sure we didn't do anything wrong. Moreover, as I promised you before, we proceeded by asking for everything. You can find the meeting we made for this store with you in the attachment. I'm pretty sure my store follows Etsy's guidelines. I did not infringe any copyrights, did not sell counterfeit or illegal products, and communicated honestly and respectfully. If there is any problem in my store, I am ready to fix it. May I ask you to recheck this issue? We really did nothing wrong. Just as I mentioned in my appeal letter, we uploaded the wrong ID to the system. That identity is an identity that belongs to the problem we had and solved with you before. I thought that when that problem was fixed, there was no problem with that identity. By the way, I want you to know after my store was suspended, I sent 150-200 products to my customers. They are very important to me. I did my duty to the best of my ability as if nothing had happened. Because I have full faith that my store will reopen. Thank you from now.
