Etsy Store Suspension - Request for Reinstatement and Clarification

For some time, I have been operating a store on the Etsy platform, selling coffee mugs designed through Printify. Despite creating all my designs myself and not using any licensed content, I was shocked to find my store suspended.
The notification regarding the suspension did not provide a clear reason. This has severely impacted my business and customer satisfaction. I invested significant time and effort into establishing my business, and it is extremely disheartening to see my store closed without any return on my investment.
Here is what I have done so far:
Original Designs: All coffee mug designs are original and created by me. I have not used any licensed or third-party designs.
Compliance with Etsy Rules: I carefully reviewed and adhered to all of Etsy’s guidelines and policies.
Customer Satisfaction: I have made great efforts to provide excellent service to my customers, which is reflected in the positive feedback and reviews I received.
Despite these efforts, my account suspension feels unjust. I contacted Etsy support and requested an explanation, but I have not received a satisfactory response.
This suspension jeopardizes the future of my business. I request that my store be reactivated and that the issue be resolved. I believe that a platform as large as Etsy should respect the efforts and rights of its sellers.
I am sharing this complaint to prevent other sellers from facing similar issues. I hope Etsy will review its approach to such situations and provide a more transparent process.
