I Can’t Register as a Seller on Etsy Due to Incorrect ID Error Despite Correct Info

I’m trying to register as a seller on Etsy, but the system keeps rejecting my identity verification, saying my ID information is incorrect—even though everything I entered is 100% accurate. I’ve double-checked multiple times. There is absolutely no error on my end.

I honestly didn’t expect this kind of issue from a platform as big and established as Etsy. I’m planning to sell digital products in the spirituality and tarot space—a niche with strong demand. Etsy would benefit as much as I would from this business, but I can’t even get past the registration process.

This is beyond frustrating. There's no real-time support, no live help, and no clear explanation of what’s wrong. I just want to open my shop and start selling. Etsy, please fix your verification system or at least provide proper guidance. I’m losing valuable time and potential income while waiting on a system that’s clearly flawed.
