Etsy Identity Verification Error—Unable to Complete Store Setup

I opened a store on Etsy, but I keep encountering an error with the identity verification process. I uploaded my ID and entered my tax information correctly, yet the system won’t accept it. When I try to re-upload my ID, the “Save Documents” button remains inactive, preventing me from completing the verification.

I emailed Etsy for support, but I still haven’t received a response. This issue is blocking me from launching my store, and Etsy’s lack of support is frustrating.

Etsy, fix this verification error and provide proper assistance to new sellers! If anyone else has experienced this issue and found a solution, please share. New sellers, beware—this platform may leave you stuck without help!
