Etsy Suspended My New Account and Charged $546 Without Reactivating It

I recently opened a new Etsy account, but it was suspended on the same day for reasons I don’t understand. I’m trying to resolve the issue and get my store running again. I followed Etsy’s customer support steps, including verifying my card, and they charged me $546, even though they said no charge would be made. Now, my account remains suspended, and the money hasn’t been refunded. I’m frustrated by the lack of communication and resolution from Etsy. I need them to either reinstate my account or refund the money they wrongfully took from my card. This is unacceptable, and I expect Etsy to resolve this issue promptly.
