Etstur Forces Me to Change Cyprus Tour Flights and Charges Extra

I purchased a tour package from Etstur, which included round-trip flights from the Limak Limra Hotel in Cyprus for August 25-28. However, I later called the customer service representative to change my return flight. This person, who was completely incompetent and misled me, forced me to change both my departure and arrival flights. I was also charged an additional €300. The Etstur representative told me they would only provide a solution this way. I had experienced this problem and wanted everyone to know about it.
