Esty Installation Delays,and Poor Customer Service
I reached out to the company's customer service for the installation of my cooktop and hood about 20 days ago, and that's where the absurdity began. Instead of gathering my address, contact information, and details about the installation, the lady at customer service simply gave me the number of the nearest service center and asked me to contact them. When I contacted the authorized service center in Ankara Keçiören, they kept postponing, saying "today, tomorrow." The installation of the products still hasn't been done. Perhaps the products themselves are of good quality, but if you can't get the service you need, there's only so much quality can compensate for; you end up being a victim. The company needs to rectify my situation for customer satisfaction as soon as possible and prevent such future grievances from occurring.
