Essence Juicy Bomb Packaging Defect Spoils Unused Lip Balm

I bought an Essence Juicy Bomb Glossy Butter Balm today from the Rossmann store in Buca Şirinyer, and the cap mechanism failed to close the very first time I opened it. I just opened the product at home, and because the cap won't close, this unused product is already at risk of spoiling before I can even use it.

I experienced the exact same issue previously with another Essence lip balm, but I was able to return it on the spot because I was still in the store. Since I only noticed the defect after getting home this time, I do not know how to store or carry the product, and because I do not have my receipt, I am worried about running into issues at the store.

Even without a receipt, I demand that Rossmann resolve my grievance and refund the purchase price for this defective product with the broken cap. I also request a quality control check on these items to prevent similar issues from happening again.
