ESPN+ Didn’t Stream the Soccer Match I Subscribed For and Support Was Unhelpful

The soccer match I had signed up to watch on ESPN+ wasn't even accessible when I checked. Not seeing this game listed was really annoying because it was the main reason I subscribed. Finding the contact information for customer service was a real pain when I attempted to contact them. The personnel I interacted with when I got through were useless and didn't know the basics of the service. They didn't care about my problems or give any solutions; in fact, they were just rude. I was expecting a lot more from a company of ESPN's size. I will give ESPN another think before renewing my subscription.
